Measure the closet opening width and height
Purchase folding closet doors sized for the opening
Remove any existing doors and hardware
Inspect the floor, jambs, and header for level and plumb
Mark the top track location on the header
Install the top track with the provided screws
Attach the pivot brackets or pivot pins to the door panels
Install the guide hardware on the floor or jamb if included
Hang the door panels into the top track
Align the doors so they fold and close properly
Adjust the pivot points and rollers as needed
Install the handle or pull hardware
Test the doors for smooth operation
Tighten all screws and make final adjustments
