Mark the anchor location
Drill a pilot hole to the correct size and depth
Clear dust and debris from the hole
Insert the screw anchor into the hole
Tap the anchor in until it is flush with the surface
Align the fixture or item over the anchor
Drive the screw into the anchor
Tighten the screw until secure
Avoid over-tightening
Test the anchor by gently pulling on the fixture
