Check for a charging icon in the battery menu
Look for a lightning bolt on the battery icon in the menu bar
Click the battery icon to see “Charging” or “Power Adapter”
Check if the battery percentage is increasing
Look for an amber or green light on the MagSafe connector
Verify the power adapter is plugged in securely
Confirm the charging cable is connected properly
Check System Settings > Battery for charging status
Use the Apple menu > About This Mac > System Report > Power to view charging details
