Press Windows key + R
Type msconfig and press Enter
Open the Boot tab
Check Safe boot
Select Minimal
Click OK
Restart the PC
Press and hold Shift while selecting Restart
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press 4 or F4 for Safe Mode
Press 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking
Press 6 or F6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt
From the sign-in screen, click Power
Hold Shift and click Restart
Follow the Troubleshoot path to Startup Settings
Restart and choose the Safe Mode option
If Windows will not start normally, turn the PC on and off three times
Wait for Automatic Repair
Click Advanced options
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Startup Settings
Click Restart
Choose the Safe Mode option
To exit Safe Mode, open msconfig
Uncheck Safe boot
Click OK
Restart the PC
