Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Centre or Aadhaar Seva Kendra
Carry your Aadhaar card or Aadhaar number
Carry a valid mobile number to be linked
Fill out the Aadhaar update/correction form
Submit the form to the operator
Complete biometric verification using fingerprint or iris scan
Pay the applicable service fee if required
Collect the acknowledgement slip with the Update Request Number
Wait for the update to be processed
Check Aadhaar status online using the Update Request Number
Use the UIDAI website or mAadhaar app to verify the linked mobile number status
Visit the centre again if the mobile number was not updated successfully
