Open Gmail
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
Click Sign out
If you are using multiple Google accounts, click Sign out of all accounts
On a browser, close the tab or window after signing out if needed
On a mobile device, remove the Google account from the device if you want to fully log out from the Gmail app
