Open Gmail and sign in
Select the email or emails you want to move
Click the Move to icon in the top toolbar
Choose the destination folder or label
Click the folder or label to move the email
Use the search bar to find emails faster if needed
Drag and drop emails into a folder or label from the left sidebar
Create a new label if the folder or label does not exist
Open the email, click More, then select Filter messages like these to automate future moves
Apply the filter to move matching emails to the chosen folder or label
