Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Password and security
Tap Where you’re logged in
Select the device or session you want to remove
Tap Log out
If needed, change your Instagram password to log out all other sessions
Turn on two-factor authentication for extra security
