Open the Instagram app or go to Instagram on a browser
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Password and security
Tap Where you’re logged in
Select your Instagram account
Review the list of devices and sessions
Tap Log out on each device or session you want to remove
If available, choose Log out of all sessions
Change your password to force logout on other devices
Enable two-factor authentication for added security
Check your email for any suspicious login alerts
Remove any unknown devices or sessions immediately
