Open Snapchat
Tap your profile icon or Bitmoji in the top-left corner
Tap the Story section or your public profile
Look for Memories if the story was saved there
Tap the Memories icon below the camera screen
Check the Stories tab inside Memories
Open My Eyes Only if you saved the story there
Check your Camera Roll if you backed up snaps to your device
Open your profile and tap Archive if available on your account
If the story was posted to Spotlight or Public Profile, check those sections
If you cannot find it, the story may have expired and not been saved
Ask the original poster to resend or save it if needed
