Alternate balloon sizes and colors as you attach them
Fill gaps with smaller balloons

Shape the garland into the desired curve or arrangement
Attach the garland to walls, arches, tables, or backdrops with hooks or adhesive strips
Trim any excess strip and adjust balloon placement as needed
