1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 to 2 anchovy fillets, minced or 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and anchovy together
Slowly whisk in olive oil until smooth
Season with salt and black pepper
Chill before serving if desired
