Large flour tortillas
Small tostada shells
Ground beef
Taco seasoning
Water
Nacho cheese sauce
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Oil or butter for cooking
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned
Drain excess fat
Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer until thickened
Warm the tortillas to make them pliable
Place a large tortilla on a flat surface
Add a layer of seasoned beef in the center
Spoon nacho cheese sauce over the beef
Place a tostada shell on top
Spread sour cream over the tostada shell
Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese
Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling in a circular pattern
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet
Cook until golden brown and crisp
Flip and cook the other side until browned
Serve immediately
