Go to the Roblox website and sign in to your account
Open the menu and select Groups
Click Create Group
Enter a group name
Add a group description
Upload a group icon if desired
Set the group type and privacy options
Pay the required Robux fee to create the group
Click Create
Manage your group from the Groups page after it is created
