Brush hair smooth and gather it into a high, medium, or low ponytail
Secure the ponytail with a hair elastic
Pull the ponytail through the elastic only halfway on the last loop to form a loop
Split the loop into two equal sections
Spread the two sections outward to create the bow loops
Pin each loop in place with bobby pins
Take the remaining tail and bring it up through the center
Wrap the tail around the middle to form the bow knot
Tuck the tail under the elastic or pin it underneath
Adjust the loops until the bow shape looks even
Spray lightly with hairspray to hold the style in place
