Lay a dollar bill flat with the front side facing up
Fold the bill in half lengthwise, then unfold
Fold the top left and top right corners down to the center crease
Fold the bottom left and bottom right corners up to meet the center line
Fold the left and right edges inward to form a narrow point at the bottom
Fold the top two outer corners slightly outward to round the top
Fold the bottom point upward a little to shape the heart’s bottom notch
Press all creases firmly to hold the shape
