Find an unemployed villager
Place a lectern near the villager
Wait for the villager to claim the lectern
Make sure the villager has no other claimed workstation nearby
If needed, remove any existing job site blocks
Keep the villager close to the lectern until it becomes a librarian
Trade with the librarian to lock in the profession
