Open Canva and start a new design or open an existing one
Go to the Elements tab
Search for “table” in the Elements search bar
Select a table template or grid
Insert the table into your design
Adjust the table size by dragging the corners
Click on the table to edit rows and columns if available
Add text by clicking inside each cell
Customize the font, size, color, and alignment
Change the table border color, thickness, and style if needed
Adjust cell fill colors for headers or sections
Duplicate rows or columns if you need more space
Use the Position tool to align the table properly
Save or download your finished design
