Cut the acrylic blank
Remove the protective film
Clean the acrylic surface
Apply the design to the acrylic
Seal or laminate the design if needed
Drill or punch the keychain hole if not pre-cut
Insert the keychain hardware
Attach the jump ring and keyring
Inspect the finished keychain
Package the keychain for use or sale
