How To Make Almond Milk?

Soak 1 cup raw almonds in water for 8 to 12 hours

Drain and rinse the almonds

Add the soaked almonds to a blender

Add 4 cups fresh water

Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes

Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh strainer

Squeeze out as much liquid as possible

Transfer the almond milk to a clean container

Refrigerate and shake before using

Add sweetener, vanilla, or salt if desired
