How To Make Asada?

2 lb flank steak or skirt steak

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper

Place steak in the marinade

Refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours

Remove steak from marinade

Grill over high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side

Rest for 5 minutes

Slice thinly against the grain

Serve with tortillas, onions, cilantro, and salsa
