Gather beads, keychain rings, beading wire or strong string, scissors, and pliers
Choose a bead pattern and lay out the beads
Cut a length of string or wire
Attach one end to the keychain ring
Thread the beads onto the string or wire
Add a stopper bead or knot if needed
Arrange the beads in the desired order
Secure the other end with a tight knot, crimp bead, or loop
Trim any excess string or wire
Check that all beads are firmly attached
Close any jump rings or clasps with pliers
Test the keychain for strength before use
