Slice beef thinly against the grain
Mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little oil
Chop vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, onions, and carrots
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat
Add oil and sear the beef quickly until browned
Remove beef from the pan
Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until crisp-tender
Add garlic and ginger
Return beef to the pan
Add stir-fry sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little water
Toss everything together until coated and heated through
Serve immediately over rice or noodles
