Preheat grill to medium heat
Place bratwursts on the grill
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes
Turn occasionally until browned
Check that internal temperature reaches 160°F
Toast buns if desired
Serve brats in buns
Add mustard, onions, or sauerkraut if desired
