How To Make Bread Pakora?

4 slices bread

2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

1 onion, finely chopped

2 green chilies, chopped

2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

1 cup gram flour

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder for batter

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder for batter

1 pinch baking soda

Water as needed

Oil for deep frying

Mix mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt

Spread the potato mixture between two bread slices or over one slice and cover with another slice

Cut the stuffed bread into triangles or rectangles

Mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, baking soda, salt, and water to make a smooth batter

Heat oil in a pan

Dip each bread piece in the batter

Deep fry until golden brown and crisp

Drain on paper towels

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
