How To Make Bun Maska?

Gather 4 buns, 4 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp jam or sugar, and 1 cup tea or chai

Slice each bun horizontally without cutting all the way through

Spread butter generously on the inside of each bun

Add jam or sprinkle sugar inside each bun if desired

Close the buns gently

Serve immediately with hot tea or chai
