2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup milk
1 cup ice cubes
Add instant coffee, sugar, and cold water to a blender
Blend until frothy
Add milk and ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into a glass
Serve immediately
