1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups breadcrumbs or panko
Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in one bowl
Whisk eggs and milk in a second bowl
Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl
Dredge chicken in the flour mixture
Dip chicken in the egg mixture
Coat chicken in the breadcrumbs
Press coating onto chicken firmly
Let coated chicken rest before cooking
