How To Make Chinese Stir Fry Rice?

Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool completely

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large skillet

Add 2 beaten eggs and scramble until just set

Remove the eggs and set aside

Add diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped carrots

Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add peas, corn, or other vegetables

Stir-fry until tender

Add cooked rice to the pan

Break up any clumps with a spatula

Add soy sauce, a little sesame oil, salt, and pepper

Stir-fry everything together until evenly mixed

Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan

Add chopped green onions

Stir-fry for 1 more minute

Serve hot
