Wash and dry the fruit completely
Line a tray with parchment paper
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl
Stir until smooth
Dip each piece of fruit into the chocolate
Let excess chocolate drip off
Place the coated fruit on the lined tray
Add toppings if desired before the chocolate sets
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens
Serve or store in the refrigerator
