How to Make Coffee Jelly?

Brew 2 cups strong coffee

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, if desired

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water

Let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes

Heat the coffee until hot, not boiling

Stir the bloomed gelatin into the hot coffee until fully dissolved

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mold

Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or until set

Cut the jelly into cubes

Serve with milk, cream, or sweetened syrup if desired
