How to Fry Ice Cream?

Freeze ice cream into firm scoops

Roll each scoop in flour

Dip the scoop in beaten egg

Coat the scoop with crushed cornflakes, breadcrumbs, or batter

Freeze the coated scoops until very hard

Heat oil to about 375°F

Fry each scoop quickly until golden brown

Remove immediately and drain on paper towels

Serve at once
