8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz crab meat or imitation crab, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Wonton wrappers
Water for sealing
Oil for frying
Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper
Moisten the edges with water
Fold and seal into desired shape
Heat oil to 350°F
Fry in batches until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes
Drain on paper towels
Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce
