Hard-boil 6 eggs
Cool the eggs in ice water
Peel the eggs
Slice each egg in half lengthwise
Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl
Mash the yolks with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Add 1 teaspoon mustard
Add salt and pepper to taste
Mix until smooth
Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites
Sprinkle with paprika if desired
