Rinse the bulgur if desired

Add 1 part bulgur to 2 parts water or broth

Bring the liquid to a boil

Stir in the bulgur

Reduce heat to low

Cover and simmer until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes

Remove from heat

Let it stand covered for 5 minutes

Fluff with a fork

Season as desired
