How To Make Farro?

Rinse the farro under cold water

Add farro and water or broth to a pot

Use 1 cup farro to 3 cups liquid

Bring to a boil

Reduce to a simmer

Cover and cook until tender

Cook pearled farro for 20 to 25 minutes

Cook semi-pearled farro for 25 to 30 minutes

Cook whole farro for 35 to 40 minutes

Stir occasionally

Drain any excess liquid

Fluff with a fork

Season as desired
