Grease an oven-safe dish with a lid
Add the rice, 2 cups of water, and a pinch of salt
Stir once to combine
Cover tightly with the lid or foil
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and let it sit covered for 5 minutes
Fluff with a fork before serving
