Slice pickles into spears or chips
Pat pickles completely dry with paper towels
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs or panko
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the breadcrumb mixture
Dredge each pickle slice in flour
Dip each slice in egg
Coat each slice in breadcrumb mixture
Press coating on firmly for better coverage
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil
Place pickles in a single layer in the basket
Lightly spray the coated pickles with oil
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes
Flip halfway through cooking
Cook until golden and crisp
Serve immediately with ranch or dipping sauce
