2 cups milk
1/2 cup hot chocolate mix
2 cups ice
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 tablespoon sugar, optional
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Add milk, hot chocolate mix, ice, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla to a blender
Blend until smooth and thick
Pour into a glass
Top with whipped cream
Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired
