How to Make Garlic Naan?

Mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons oil

Gradually add about 1/2 cup warm water and knead into a soft dough

Cover and rest the dough for 1 to 2 hours

Finely mince 4 to 6 garlic cloves

Chop 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Divide the dough into equal balls

Roll each ball into an oval or teardrop shape

Sprinkle minced garlic and cilantro on top

Press lightly so the garlic sticks

Heat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat

Place the naan on the hot skillet

Cook until bubbles form on the surface

Flip and cook the other side until golden spots appear

Brush with melted butter or ghee

Serve warm
