Grate 2 cups cauliflower
Add 1/2 tsp salt to the grated cauliflower
Rest for 10 minutes
Squeeze out excess water
Add 1 chopped green chili
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Add 1/2 tsp ajwain
Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder
Add 1/2 tsp garam masala
Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Mix well
Prepare dough with 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and water
Knead into a soft dough
Rest the dough for 15 minutes
Divide the dough into equal balls
Roll one ball into a small disc
Place cauliflower stuffing in the center
Seal the edges
Flatten gently
Roll into a paratha
Heat a tawa or skillet
Place the paratha on the hot tawa
Cook until light spots appear
Flip and apply ghee or oil
Cook the other side
Flip again and apply ghee or oil
Cook until golden brown
Serve hot
