How To Make Grilled Salmon Fillet?

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels

Brush the salmon with olive oil

Season with salt and black pepper

Add garlic, lemon juice, or herbs if desired

Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking

Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill

Close the lid and cook for 4 to 6 minutes

Flip the salmon carefully if needed

Cook for another 2 to 4 minutes until done

Remove when the salmon flakes easily with a fork

Serve immediately with lemon wedges
