Warm pita bread or flatbread
Mix tzatziki sauce with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and olive oil
Slice tomatoes, onions, and lettuce or other desired toppings
Fill the bread with cooked meat
Add tzatziki sauce and toppings
Fold and serve immediately
