1 cup honey
1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 pinch salt
Combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, vinegar, and salt in a small saucepan
Heat over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until smooth
Remove from heat and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes
Strain if a smoother sauce is desired
Cool before using
Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator
