2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until sugar dissolves
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the machine instructions
Transfer the churned ice cream to a container
Freeze for 4 to 6 hours until firm
Serve cold
