Open Excel and enter the label data in columns with headers
Go to the Mailings tab
Click Start Mail Merge
Select Labels
Choose the label vendor and product number
Click OK
Click Select Recipients
Choose Use an Existing List, Type a New List, or Select from Outlook Contacts
Insert merge fields into the first label
Click Update Labels
Preview the labels
Click Finish & Merge
Choose Edit Individual Documents or Print Documents
Print the labels on label sheets
