Select the cells you want users to edit
Press Ctrl+1
Go to the Protection tab
Uncheck Locked
Click OK
Select the formula cells you want to lock
Press Ctrl+1
Go to the Protection tab
Make sure Locked is checked
Click OK
Go to the Review tab
Click Protect Sheet
Set a password if needed
Click OK
Save the workbook
