Select the row data you want to convert
Copy the selected cells
Click the destination cell where you want the columns to start
Right-click and choose Paste Special
Check Transpose
Click OK
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy and Alt+E, S, E, Enter to transpose on older Excel versions
Use the TRANSPOSE function if you want a dynamic formula-based result
Enter =TRANSPOSE(range) in the destination area
Press Enter in Excel 365 or newer, or Ctrl+Shift+Enter in older versions
