How To Make Ladoo?

Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan

Add 2 cups besan and roast on low heat until golden and fragrant

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly

Add 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, and 2 tablespoons chopped nuts

Mix well until combined

Add a little warm ghee if the mixture feels too dry

Shape the mixture into small round ladoos while still slightly warm

Let the ladoos set at room temperature

Store in an airtight container
