Slice vegetables and protein of choice into thin pieces
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat
Add garlic and ginger, then stir briefly
Add protein and cook until done
Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a little sugar in a bowl
Add noodles to the pan
Pour in the sauce and toss everything together until evenly coated
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Serve hot
